Penn State Electric/ Mechanical Supply Co. was founded by Raz Sugarwala a native of India, who has years of experience in the electrical/mechanical supply business. The business was started in 1982, with a loan of 150,000 dollars through the Commonwealth of PA. And now has grown to be a 12 million dollar company. We have steadily built our company into one of the largest minority businesses in Central PA. Penn State Electric/Mechanical Supply Co. is a minority owned business approved by PA Bureau of Minority for Women owned Business, Penn Dot, City of Harrisburg, and City of Philadelphia, Regional Minority Purchasing Committee of PA, New Jersey and Delaware.
